  Mike gave a great impression at the sales stage, and his fitters backed that up with an excellent job. It started with an extremely quick and effective design process. Suggestions were made, and alternatives were discussed, with solid reasoning behind every option. Tiles and flooring were all in the showroom so we could see how it all looked together. Fitting dates were not too far into the future. During fitting, Rob was a delight to have in the house. He kept everything as clean as possible, and was happy to get on with things by himself (a real bonus when we were both out at work full time). Again, when things had to be decided (e.g. positioning of tiles, heights of mirrors, location of loo roll holder) he was happy to lead us through why we might want things in each of several different arrangements. The finish is top notch. We're very pleased, and have already recommended the company to several friends.
